I think my body is reminding me that the six months break I took from the gym from last summer was probably NOT a good idea... ;D *lectures you* You must exercize at least 3 times a week missy! *end of lecture*

Well.. y'see now that I've got a long-term freelance contract with a broadcast facility three days a week AND there's a gym next door (which I've managed to convince - rather sneakily - that I work there as an employee (which I'm not) and therefore, only get charged the cheap corporate rate...) I'm planning on going to the gym on those three days after hours y'see.... *whistles innocently at the ceiling*

Like I said, start off easy and work it up to make it harder. Don't try and do all the tough stuff right at the start.
Trust me, I used to be an athlete. I was a runner and footballer (soccer player). I trained 4 nnights a week. I used to jog 3/4 of a mile every mornig before school. Then after school I'd do training. Weights on a monday and sprints afterwards for an hour. 3 mile run on Tuesdays, stregnth and stamina on Thursdays and on Fridays I'd have soccer practice.
Now I just do yoga every morning. I'm a lot more flexible than I used to be. I'm too lazy to train anymore.
