[glow=purple,2,300]Exactly. Sometime some of those fans will realize it's not a big deal and that both of them are over it now. Sure, Trent was hurt at first, but he got over it. He's a big boy. He can handle it. I figure that Rich and him have talked about it and they're fine with it. It's those crazy NIN fans who won't let it go. LMFAO. Even though I hang out at a lot of NIN fan sites(Meathead Perspective being my fave) I think some of them just make fun of Filter/Rich out of habit now a days.[/glow]

Your rite probally, it is out of habbit.. But some NIN fans have a die hard distaste toward Filter.. I really don't know why.. But i do have a question.. Has Reznor cleaned up his anti-female thing?? Has he gotten better about not bashing the woman?? I was just wondering..

[glow=purple,2,300]I've read tons of articles by now and I've never seen him do that. When did he do that?? Actually, for the Fragile he looked for a female singer for the track La Mer and did express interest working with the late Aaliyah. I haven't come across him hating women yet, but if you can show me where, I'll check it out. Let me tell you, months of research and you've read just about all of it.[/glow]

[glow=purple,2,300]I sat down with this album and reviewed it. Try listening to it for TWO days. Closer isn't what you think it is. It's more of song about self hatred and the depths of insantiy(In my paper the response of Sanity to Insanity's Hersey) and Big Man With a Gun is Isanity's answer to Santy's Closer. Trust me, I analyzed and ANALYZED this album. Big Man With a Gun is also to poke at rap songs that do just what you suggest. It's his way of thumbing at the record companines that take that crap and make it big and popular while scoffing at his music. Sure, some may say it's anti woman, but it's deeper than the simple words. I should know. I listened to it non stop for about a week. It never got old.[/glow]

[glow=purple,2,300]Yeah. It's wild but I earned an A- on that paper for that. I'm supposed to review the rest of the regular albums and the Filter ones when I get around to it, but I'm swamped with other stuff lately. Be on the look out though for reviews at the Rich Facts. I'll get off of my behind and do it at some point.[/glow]

I remember writing something about Robert Patrick on the X-Files Forum (and for the life of me can't remember what it was - I think it was episodes we'll never get to see and they all had Doggett in nothing but a towel) and someone replied saying they put me on their ignore list. I'm like, geez, if you're gonna ignore me, why are you telling me? I haven't posted on the X-Files forum for a while, but I did get Doggett Dame of the Week once! Whoo hoo!

[glow=purple,2,300]Yep. His wife is named Barbra and I hear he calls her Barbie. Must be a southern thing. His oldest is a girl named Austin after Austin, Texas, and his youngest is named Samuel. I only know most of that because I'm an X-File fan and because I hang out with a lot of Robert Patrick fanatics. They love him to death, but they're so much fun.[/glow]

[glow=purple,2,300]"Hurt" is the closing to the concept album. Remember, that's what the Downward Spiral is. It's after the song Downward Spiral, after Sanity has commited suicide. Insanity finally realizes what it has done wrong when "Hurt" begins. The "I will let you down, I will make you hurt" is Sanity from the grave, telling Insanity off so to speak. It's two voices speaking through Trent's singing. Complicated but great. If you want a full picture of the paper I wrote, here is the link to the page that holds it. Just use your mouse to locate the link to the review itself.http://muldersprettyladynin.tripod.com/trentfactsanineinchnailssite/id10.html[/glow]
