WHAT! Where have you been living? Under a rock? Quickly take yourself to the nearest music store and get the following albums:
Pretty Hate Machine
The Downward Sprial
The Fragile
now thoughs are just the full length albums there are quite a few other albums out there but one thing at a time.

I was at the Hard Rock Cafe in London yesterday (free lunch courtesy of a client!!!) and they had one of Kurt Cobain's guitars on display, his white "bubble" sunglasses and - wierdly - the decoration from the top of his wedding cake!!!
There was LOADS of other good stuff, which for a music geek like me was TOTAL HEAVEN!!!! My fave exhibit was the VERY first 6 string guitar from the 1870's AND a VERY early Strat - like number 00019!!! YELP!!!!
;D
(RFW: They had a Keith Richards gtr there!!)

Keef's guitar?? Oooooo how nice!!! I was reading at one of my many Filter site sources that Rich has a guitar modelled after a guitar Keef plays the most. It's actually called Keef, too! www.geocities.com/the_maxx82/richeq.html As for Nirvana, Aerosmith(who are very good friends of the STones)and AC/DC(who are OPENING acts on the Licks Tour), it is the Stones that have lasted the longest. Forty ONE years as of this year. I grew up on the Stones. And no doubt, I do like the other three. I've seen Aerosmith live as well. They're all great, you just can't compare them to each other since they are so different. The Stones are blues/rock, Aerosmith is rock and Nirvana is grunge. . .that's if you really want to reduce each band to ONE or two genres, of course. OH and my other band of choice is Led Zeppelin, in a class of their own of course. RFW
