(Kerrang being the UK's biggest and best rock/metal music mag!)
Basically the article is about Wes Borland coming over to the UK to search for a singer for his band Eat the Day...
KERRANG: Who have you auditioned so far?
WES: "We've seen so many people but they haven't been right for us. He haven't seen any 'known' people, but a lot have been recommended including Gavin Rossdale from Bush and Richard Patrick from Filter. I like their voices, but I'm not sure how their presence and what they've done in the past would fit in with what we're doing now. Ideally we'd like to find an unknown."
...
Any volunteers?

I think Rich could do this AND Filter. Look at Maynard from Tool. He does Tool AND A Perfect Circle's lead singing so yeah it can work.

Cool quote. Limp Bizkit with Wes was good, but Fred's voice can get annoying. Wes probably got sick of it. After all that strife between Fred and Richard it probably won't happen. Then again it sure would be cool for Wes and Richard to do some stuff together, sell millions of copies and prove how much more talented Richard is.

Wes Borland (erstwhile Limp Bizkit guitarist) says: "I've been working with Danny Lohner from Nine Inch Nails on some things, some of which are film projects. Some of it is pretty special, so I'd rather save the surprise and not talk about it yet. Danny's great and he's turned into a really good friend post-Limp Bizkit."
Wes is currently looking for a singer for his new band, and lists Trent Reznor as one of his top five dream vocalists. Maynard James Keenan is another of the choices.
(CA says: DREAM ON WES!)

Wow. At least he's getting along with Danny, huh?? That's kinda cool. I may not like Bizkit at all but I hear Wes WAS the talent in the whole group anyways. Good to see he's working on projects with some others.
And HA HA HA on Trent singing for this...lmao he can't even get up off his peanut butter stuffed ass to finish Tapeworm let alone another side project!!

An interview inside this week's issue of Kerrang! mag with Superjoint Ritual/Pantera frontman Phil Anselmo mentions the Tapeworm project. According to Anselmo, the material may be used in a movie soundtrack.
(CA says: Tape Worm isent real! an if it was, we still wont see it any time this century. Why? Because some ppl are to busey playing with their manginas.)

Anything without Fred Durst is fine by me. I like the idea of Rich collaborating with other artists, as he has done in the past, while still remaining true to Filter.

D'OH! my bad! :::knockin on wood:::: :::knockin on wood:::
I really hope that whole rap-core, rap-metal sh*t doesnt come back.
However, i must say this. I never like Marilyn Manson much....i liked some of his older stuff, like "Beautiful People" and some other songs here and there....and this week i really listened to his track on the Matrix Reloaded soundtrack....and i think i actually like it!!! Dont shoot me!
